UMKC offers many ways to connect students with invaluable internships during their college career that they can use as honors credit.

Students can earn up to 15 Honors credits through Study Abroad.

In addition, UMKC offers many other study-abroad programs suitable for honors students. Visit Study Abroad and Global Engagement for complete information on all study abroad opportunities at UMKC.

Up to 15 credits earned in any UMKC-approved study abroad program may be counted as regular honors credits in fulfillment of the coursework needed to earn the University Honors distinction.

To get honors credit for your study abroad experience, please complete the UMKC Honors Program Study Abroad Form at least two weeks before departure.
